The most participants to carry a baton 100 m each in a 24 hour long relay is 1,848 at an event organised by CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School, held at CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School, Singapore, Singapore, on 29 March 2008.

The event was held in celebration of the school's 75th anniversary. In total the participants completed 462 laps of a standard athletics track the equivalent of 184.8 kilometres (114.8 miles).
